Meet Lynn

Lynn is an IBP veteran with over 15+ years of STOTT Pilates teaching experience and a passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. She draws from her 40+ years of dance instruction to offer a fresh Pilates experience.


Meet Cynthia

Cynthia believes everyone can benefit from Pilates! Cynthia came to IBP as an experienced ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Pilates Certification through ISMA. She loves the calm and intuitive mind-body connection that the System of Pilates cultivates.


Meet Jessica

As a professionally trained actor, Jessica has studied many forms of movement training that have fostered her understanding that a person’s body is his or her instrument on and offstage. Through Pilates, Jessica strives to help clients feel they have the most finely-tuned instrument available to them.


Meet Kristen

Kristen is intimately involved in Erie's art scene, she is on the Executive Board of the Erie Dance Consortium, the Program Associate with Erie Arts & Culture working in their grant and arts in education programming and is an adjunct teacher for the McDowell CPA Dance Program. Kristen utilizes her Pilates training and 5+ years of experience as a dance educator to help clients find their "inner balance."


Meet Amy

Amy is a longtime dancer and dance instructor. She completed her Stott Pilates certification in 2011 and is also a certified Barre instructor. Amy strives to find new ways to modify a client’s pilates experience to both support and further challenge them in their wellness journey.


Meet Therese

Therese Toth has translated her passion for Pilates into an ongoing opportunity to learn more about the human body, obtaining certifications in mat, reformer, aquatic and rehabilitative Pilates. She is a physical therapist’s assistant in her spare time.


Meet Sarah

Formerly a ballet teacher, Sarah joined the IBP team to help others challenge their body awareness and understand movement patterns. She is excited to help challenge and encourage clients to reach their ultimate potential!


A great studio with well trained, experienced instructors who work with you to improve your weaknesses and increase your strengths. The studio offers a wide variety of classes to suit many different needs and goals. Inner Balance is a great step to improve one's core strength, muscle tone, flexibility, and overall health. I enjoy taking classes there.
The owner and staff are true experts. Oh yeah,they are pretty amazing people as well. All those interested in truly improving their body and core...run don't walk to try IB Pilates!
