Introductory Pilates Class

Every new student of Pilates begins with a one-on-one session with an instructor. During this 60-minute private class, we’ll introduce you to the basic principles of STOTT PILATES®, Classical Pilates, and other contemporary variations.

You will also be assessed for an initial ability level and screened for any postural imbalances or injuries. This analysis is vital to ensuring that you are correctly placed in either group classes or private sessions.

The Introductory Pilates session must be completed before beginning any IBP program. Please download our Liability Release Form and bring it with you to your first appointment.
