Classes at IBP are tailored to individual needs through both private and small group settings (max ratio 7:1). As a result, sessions are extremely thorough and personalized. Instructors are able to provide highly individualized positioning and modification, two extremely important components of the Pilates method.
Pilates is a journey and a practice; patience and concentration are keys to its effectiveness. Programs begin at each student’s own level, progressing only as students become ready. While founded in the STOTT PILATES® method, instructors also draw upon the various Pilates methods and other forms of exercise in order to provide the most comprehensive, functional, and successful approach.
